The Psycho is a minor character only appearing in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. He happens to be an enemy of Love Fist and tries everything he can to take them out, even planting a bomb in their car. His voice actor is unknown.

He appears to be dressed as a woman, probably as a disguise to get close to Love Fist and make his move. He sports a blonde wig with pink ribbons, yellow heart shaped sunglasses, purple top covered by a pink shirt, black short leather skirt, and red knee-high boots with white tights.
He first appears in Psycho Killer, when the band mentions that there is a crazed fan of theirs's that is making threats towards them. He is at the signing event waiting for Love Fist to show up. Tommy Vercetti drives the limo over to the event without Love Fist to investigate. Upon arrival, he sees the psycho shooting a security guard, then flees in his car. He chases the psycho down around Vice City in the limo, destroys his car and kills him. While Tommy thinks that the psycho was killed in the explosion, the band mentions that he survived, and is now after the band again. Needing to get their gig down the road, they need someone that they can trust to drive the limo, voting on Tommy to do so even though he refused to do so. Upon entering the car, the band finds a tape in the back and play it on the car's radio, only to discover that the psycho has planted a bomb in the limo and it will explode if Tommy slows the limo down. While driving around Vice City at a consistent speed, the band successfully defuses the bomb, and the psycho gives up and is never mentioned again.
