biker bar that is located across the street from Howlin' Petes Biker Emporium in Downtown, Vice City. The bar is featured in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. The bar also serves as the base of operations for the Vice City Bikers, a gang that is led by Mitch Baker and the starting point for Baker's missions for Tommy Vercetti. Baker frequents the bar, so does Cougar and Zeppelin.
Usually, one Angel motorcycle can be found parked in front of the bar although the player can also find two parked. In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, the player can find body armor on the roof. The bar has a interior, but it is inaccessible to the player, except through modifications, cheats, and glitchs. To prove the fact, the inside is quite detailed: the walls are covered with stickers, license plates, and flags. There are also several pinball machines, a few pool tables, a jukebox, and a stage with musical instruments on it.
