In 1984, the hotel is under construction. A Rumpo, Dozer, and a Flatbed can be found on the site, along with a red balloon.
In 1986, the construction of the hotel is complete and is open. The building features a pool in the front with a parking lot in the back. Also in the back, there is a Unique Stunt Jump and a rampage.
According to the game's files, the hotel may be based on the Sheraton Hotel.
