The mansion as it appears in GTA Vice City Stories.
one of the three mansions that is located on Prawn Island in Vice City. The mansion appears in both Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
1984[]
In the events of GTA Vice City Stories, the mansion is the home of Diego and Armando Mendez, leaders of the Mendez Cartel. The mansion happens to be in its beautiful state around this time, along with the two mansions beside it. This was also the starting place for the Mendez brother's missions. After the brothers were killed, the mansion fell into the hands of the Streetwannabes.
1986[]

In 1986, the mansion is falling into a state of disrepair. After the mansion fell in the hands of the Streetwannabes, the mansion was vandelized and the windows and doors were boarded up. In GTA Vice City, a Gang Burrito can be found parked in front of the mansion and an Uzi can be found on the porch. The mansion is also inaccessible to the player.
