A M-60 from GTA Vice City.
An M-60 is a heavy weapon that was first featured in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and later in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
In GTA Vice City, the weapon can be bought from Phil's Place after completing Phil Cassidy's missions. This is the only place that the weapon can be bought from. The weapon also has a slow firing rate, making it a poor choice of a weapon to use. However, it is powerful as the player can kill a person in a single shot, regardless if the targets are wearing body armor or not. The M60 is manual-aimed, however the weapon can also be auto-aimed by setting oneself on fire.
In both GTA Vice City and GTA Liberty City Stories, the weapon appears to be named as the M60E1. The bipod is folded and the bullet bow isn't inserted. Instead, a bullet belt hangs down from the gun.
Usage in missions[]
In GTA Vice City, The M-60 was first seen being used by one of the hitmen to ambush the drug deal between the Forelli's and the Vance brothers, leaving the dealer dead.
Tommy Vercetti uses the gun in Phnom Penh '86 to assassinate and kill a number of Sharks gang members while retrieving Diaz's stolen money.
